The Ecuadorean Air Force Air Museum is located within Mariscal Sucre Air Base premises at Quito International Airport. Was inaugurated in October 26th 1977 during the FAE Anniversary by Chief Commander, Brigadier General Luis Leoro Franco.

The Museum has a vast collection of aircrafts that served in the air force, and a closed area where you can find the Hanriot HD.1  named "El Telégrafo I" which was one our aviation pioneers, and also the canopy of a peruvian A-37B downed by Kfir cannon fire during the Alto Cenepa War in 1995. Visitors can also enjoy a great variety of photographs and elements that resume the ecuadorean aviation history.
